One Broward School Board member is pushing to ban cellphones from first to last bell. Dr. Allen Zeman says they have enough evidence proving cellphones threaten mental health. Students in Orange County are banned from using cells during the entire school day-including lunch. Pinellas County is considering outlining when students can and cannot use them.
