Man Suing CVS For Telling His Wife About His Viagra Prescription

Michael Feinberg claims that CVS Pharmacy is the reason his marriage fell apart! He is now suing the pharmacy for "genuine, severe mental injury, and emotional harm". Feinberg shares that he took a prescription for Viagra over to CVS to be filled in secret. He even paid for the expensive prescription ($60/pill) out of pocket so his insurance company would not be informed. Feinberg makes it very clear his wife was not to know about this.

However, that all changed a few days later when his wife called the pharmacy. Not to question the Viagra, but her own prescription! It was all under control until the chatty pharmacist slipped up and spilled the beans about the blue pills. Feinberg claims that his marriage is now broken and wants justice for the secret being released.

Guys, would you feel the same way about this situation or do you think he's taking it to extremes? I wonder what the sex life was like at home before the ED came about. Is it possible he's taking the Viagra to be good for someone else? We'll never know!
