  • UF cancels classes for Tuesday, Sept.2., due to Hurricane Dorian.

PALM BEACH COUNTY:

  • The Palm Beach Zoo and Conservation Society are closed on Thursday as crews prepare animals for Dorian.
  • The impending weather has forced somehigh school football gamesto be rescheduled.
  • Palm Beach State College has canceled all classes afternoon for Friday, Aug. 30. The college will remain closed through Wednesday, Sept. 4, and all classes and activities will remain canceled until then.
  • Palm Beach Atlantic University has canceled all classes for Friday, Aug. 30. Campuses in West Palm Beach and Orlando closed from Saturday, Aug. 31 to Monday, Sept. 2.
  • St. Mark's Episcopal Church will be closed on Friday, Aug. 30, Monday, Sept. 2 and Tuesday, Sept. 3. All Eucharist services on Saturday, Aug. 31 and Sunday, Sept. 1 have been canceled.
  • All classes after 12:30 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 30 have been canceled. Campuses will remain open for the remainder of Friday but will be closed Saturday, Aug. 31, through Tuesday, Sept. 3. All events scheduled to take place on any FAU campus from 1 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 31, through Tuesday, Sept. 3, are canceled.
  • AllPalm Beach County Natural Areaswill be closing Friday, Aug. 30 and will be closed until further notice.
  • The Palm Beach County Clerk & Comptroller's office will be closed at noon on Friday, Aug. 30. Online services, including traffic ticket payments, e-filing, and e-recording, will remain availablehere.

  • Rosarian Academy in West Palm Beach closed Tuesday; parent meeting on Wednesday postponed.

  • Palm West Hospital suspends visiting hours Monday at 6 p.m.
  • Tropical Financial Credit Union to close West Palm Beach branch on Tuesday, Sept. 3

MARTIN COUNTY:

  • Martin County schools under early dismissal schedule on Friday.

  • North Stuart Baptist Church services canceled for Sunday, Sept. 1
  • Redeemer Lutheran School in Stuart will be closed through Tuesday, Sept. 3.
  • Indian River State College will be closed Tuesday, Sept. 3 and will stay closed until further notice.
  • Stuart CBOC will be closed Tuesday, Sept. 3.
  • Martin County schools will be closed through Wednesday, Sept. 4.
  • Floating docks in Stuart closed until further notice.
  • Uber issuspending servicesat midnight on Monday due to "deteriorating weather conditions."
  • Wells Fargo branches to remain closed Tuesday and Wednesday.

ST. LUCIE COUNTY:

  • No Sunday services at St. Andrew Lutheran Church on Prima Vista Blvd. in Port St. Lucie.
  • All courthouses will close Friday at noon until further notice.
  • School activities and athletics suspended Friday.
  • Schools, athletics and activities closed through Wednesday, Sept. 4.
  • Fort Pierce City Hall and all city facilities will be closed until further notice.
  • Fort Pierce City Marina is no longer accepting any additional vessels until further notice.
  • Fort Pierce Public Works will continue collecting solid waste until Saturday, Aug. 31, at 12 p.m., weather permitting.
  • St. Lucie County's Emergency Operations Center has opened its Public Information Lines ahead of Hurricane Dorian. That number is 772-460-4357. The lines will be open from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. Saturday.
  • Indian River State College will be closed Tuesday, Sept. 3 and will stay closed until further notice.
  • Fortis Institute in Port St. Lucie is closed through Wednesday, Sept. 4.

  • Wells Fargo branches to remain closed Tuesday and Wednesday.

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY:

  • All after-school activities and weekend activities canceled from Friday through Monday.
  • Causeways and bridges to the Barrier Island will close at midnight Tuesday, Sept. 3.
  • Friday's Sebastian River High School football game is canceled.
  • Friday's Vero Beach High School football game is canceled.
  • Student absences on Thursday and Friday will be excused.
  • St. Helen Catholic School will dismiss early on Friday, Aug. 30 and will be closed Monday, Sept. 2. All aftercare programs and after school activities.
  • All courthouses will close Friday at noon until further notice. Shelter and detention hearings are suspended until further notice.
  • All Indian River State College campuses will be closed Friday, Aug. 31 at 5 p.m. until further notice.
  • Schools closed until Wednesday, Sept. 3.
  • County Governor's offices closed until further notice.
  • City of Sebastian closed until further notice.
  • City of Vero Beach closed until further notice.
  • City of Fellsmere closed until further notice.
  • Tax collector is closed until further notice.
  • Property appraiser is closed until further notice.

  • Walmart in Sebastian will be closing at midnight Sunday for the duration of the storm. Target will continue operations on Sunday, but will not open Monday and will remain closed until after the storm.
  • Indian River State College will be closed Tuesday, Sept. 3 and will stay closed until further notice.
  • Sunoco at 2 N. Broadway Street in Fellsmere is closing at 9 p.m. until after the storm.
  • Sunoco at 9020 CR 512 is closing at 11 p.m. They will be closed Monday, unknown if they will be open Tuesday, depending on weather conditions per management.
  • BP gas station at 10950 CR 512 will be open Monday. It's unknown if they will be open Tuesday, depending on weather conditions per management.
  • Racetrac at 9490 108th Ave. will remain open until Monday at 9 a.m. After 9 a.m., it will be closed until after the storm.
  • Chevron at 9497 108th Ave. will plan to remain open Monday and Tuesday until weather conditions become unsafe.
  • Shark Mart Mobile at 9490 90th Ave. will remain open Monday and Tuesday until weather conditions are unsafe.
  • Cumberland Farms at 957 Sebastian Blvd. is closed Monday. Unknown if it will be open Tuesday, depending on weather conditions per management.
  • Fort Pierce CBOC will close Tuesday, Sept. 3.
  • Vero Beach CBOC will be closed Tuesday, Sept. 3.

  • 17th St. Bridge and Merrill Barber Bridge (SR 60) will be closing at midnight Monday night.

OKEECHOBEE COUNTY:

  • Schools will remain open Friday, Aug. 30. and will be closed until further notice.
  • County offices, Tax Collector, Property Appraiser, Clerk of Court, Supervisor of Elections, and the Health Department offices closing at noon on Friday, Aug. 30.
  • Regular court operations suspended until further notice, except first appearance hearings. Call 772-742-9229 for more information.
  • City Hall will remain closed on Tuesday and Wednesday and will reopen on Thursday.
  • The Okeechobee Call Center will be operational from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and again on Sunday.

  • Okeechobee CBOC will be closed Tuesday, Sept. 3.

GLADES COUNTY:

  • Glades County EOC will be closed Tuesday, Sept. 3.

HENDRY COUNTY:
