Sabrina Reboot Being Sued By Satan

Satanic Temple

Netflix and its new series' "The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina" (the reboot to Sabrina The Teenage Witch) is being sued by the Satanic Temple. The co-founder of the temple tweeted out that they are taking legal action over their monument design of Baphomet which is used in the show.

Baphomet is a goat-like diety often associated with Satan. In the show, the deity sits at the center of the witchcraft school Sabrina attends. The temple is not only upset about them breaking copyright laws but also worries that the way the diety is portrayed in the show will misrepresent their group and will cause a panic and fear of Satanists.

"Yes, we are taking legal action regarding #TheChillingAdventuresofSabrina appropriating our copyrighted monument design to promote their asinine Satanic Panic fiction."

The Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina premiered on Netflix on October 26th of 2018. The 10-episode series follows the life of a 16-year old girl who has to decide between the witch life of her family and the human world of her friends. Keep in mind though, it is nothing like the 90's show and has a much darker side to it!
