Ronaldo Says Rape Allegations Are Affecting His Personal Life

Cristiano Ronaldo has been on the front lines of the media world after a civil lawsuit was placed last month claiming he raped a girl back in 2009.

Kathryn Mayorga filed the lawsuit saying that in 09, Ronaldo raped her in his Las Vegas hotel room. Police have since reopened the investigation at her request.

Although, there has been no new evidence to prove her case, Ronaldo spoke out saying this investigation is poorly affecting his personal life.

"Of course this story is interfering with my life. I have a partner, four children, an aging mother, sisters, a brother, a family I'm very close to." -Cristiano Ronaldo

The soccer superstar also defended himself once again in his latest interview saying, "I know who I am and what I've done. The truth will come out in the light of day."
