The Dolphins have replaced Chad O'Shea with former Cowboys and Bills Head Coach Chan Gailey. The Dolphins made the move after firing O'Shea in December as the Dolphins were ranked 27th in total offense. Gailey has a connection with current starting quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick coaching him in Buffalo and in New York with the Jets. Gailey is coming off of retirement with his most recent job as an OC in New York netting the 24th best offense and has only appered in the top 10 once in offense since 2008 in KC.
