The news in the NFL hasn't slowed down a bit with the opening of Free Agency on Wednesday at 4pm.
Already the Cowboys have applied the Franchise Tag on Dak Prescott and the Titans have signed Ryan Tannehill to a 4 year 118 million dollar deal with 62 million guaranteed.
Now the NFL have decided to pay Kirk Cousins, Jared Goff, Carson Wentz, and Ryan Tannehill and not Dak Prescott, instead the Cowboys have placed the franchise tag on him.
I imagine if the Cowboys don't apply the tag again next year, Dak Prescott will be playing for a new franchise. Dak was drafted in the 4th round with 4th round money and the Cowboys don't want to open the checkbook for the man even though Dak has never missed a game.
