The Dolphins had every rumor possible surrounding the team. In the end, the Dolphins selected Tua Tagovailoa from Alabama with the fifth pick of the draft. The only reason he was available was his recent injury history, which was a red flag to lots of teams. Tua's upside can be Hall of Fame level though, and it's nice the Dolphins finally took a risk.
The Dolphins also had pick at 18 and 30 (traded their 26th pick to Green Bay for their 30th pick and a 4th round pick) which they went with Tackle Austin Jackson out of USC, and Noah Igbinoghene, a defensive back from Auburn.
Tonight the 2nd and 3rd rounds will begin and the Dolphins will have another 3 picks tonight in the draft.
