Don't Look Now, But The Marlins are Hottest Team in MLB, Now 6-1


The Marlins just finished off a 4 game sweep of the Orioles and now 5 straight wins. Not many "Experts" predicted the Marlins to be the last team in baseball with only one loss, But alas here we are. Manager Don Mattingly also gained his 282nd win for the most wins in franchise history passing Legend Jack McKeon.

The Marlins survived a high scoring game last night with a 8-7 win on Thursday night. Big games from newcomers Jonathan Villar and Francisco Cervelli and Marlins veteran Brian Anderson lifted the Marlins in the final game of the series, matching the best start in franchise history (1997, 2004, 2009).
